I’m Ready For 2012

Well, I’d have to say I had some pretty damn good times in 2011. There were some really amazing moments that I’ll remember forever, and there were some that tore me up pretty bad that I still think about every day. But as a whole, it was a pretty good year. I wanted to accomplish everything on my 2011 bucket list, but I came nowhere close to doing that. In fact, I forget most of the things on it.

But 2012 will be different. No bucket lists. No resolutions. Just a few big goals. I don’t know exactly what they are yet, but I know I’ll make an action list for each so I can achieve them.

The past month has been pretty tough for me. I’m not going to go into details at this time, but I’m at a low point in my life. I’m just ready for 2012 to get here, and I hope it brings a lot of happiness back into my life. I’m going to do whatever it takes to make that happen. Life is too short to be sad.

On a lighter note, there are a lot of things I’m looking forward to in the next 12 months: truck shows, tattoo conventions, shooting/editing a lot more photos & video, doing a lot more websites, turning 30 (ok, I’m not really looking forward to that), working out more, vacations, trying to be debt free by the end of the year, and much more. And I plan to spend a lot more time with family and friends. I just want to explore and travel more.

So with that all said, I’m ready to bring in the new year ASAP. I’m going to a couple parties tonight. Nothing too crazy, but I definitely need to get out of this house for the night, have a few drinks, laugh, and take my mind off things. So if I don’t talk to you tonight, have a safe and happy new year!
